3.2 Service Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the portal; however, we do not guarantee continuous or error-free access and are not liable for any disruption or downtime.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing: All prices and charges for services are clearly stated on the portal. Prices may change from time to time, but you will be notified of any changes before completing your transaction.

4.2 Payment Methods: Payments are processed independent of the portal, through bank transfers you initiate from your banking apps or other means, without having to enter any confidential information on the portal.

4.3 Refunds: Refunds may be considered only if after internal investigations we found out that voucher(s) was sold in a tampered condition or a purchase request (upon confirming your payment) failed and could not be reconciled due to errors or disruptions arising from our systems, otherwise, the customer is responsible for such loss.

5. User Content

5.1 Responsibility for Content: You are responsible for any network product you purchase, the beneficiary you credit, or payments you make for purchases on the portal. You agree not to provide invalid, incomplete or wrong beneficiary value, nor transfer payments gotten from compromised accounts.

5.2 License to Use: By purchasing vouchers and entering beneficiary values, you grant AirtimePlus Beta a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, encrypt, decrypt, and display the vouchers as necessary to provide the services.
